About Us — ONLYBROKERS

ONLYBROKERS secures selected developer projects as a whole on special (wholesale) terms — thanks to volume and a sales agreement. We then open these terms to ONLYBROKERS Partners: you can recommend units to your clients at the same price and with the same incentives that are typically unavailable on the open market. The client submits an enquiry using your link/code — and the developer’s sales team takes it from there and manages the deal.

ONLYBROKERS is a partner referral platform for real estate. You don’t need to be a broker to use it: your role is a recommendation.

The platform works with specific projects and, depending on the project, gives clients access to developer terms such as special pricing, additional discounts, instalment plans, furniture packages, and other bonuses.

Why we don’t compete with Partners

• We don’t take your clients because we have no direct sales.
• To access ONLYBROKERS terms, a client must come through a Partner link/code and submit a request. Even if someone knows the public client site, without a link/code they cannot use these terms.
• A new Partner cannot register directly either — Partner accounts are invitation-only via an existing Partner’s link/code.
• This design prevents bypassing and protects Partners.

How it works

1. You recommend a project/unit and explain the value (terms, price, bonuses).
2. You share your personal ONLYBROKERS link/code for the request.
3. The client submits a request — the system records the source (who brought the client).
4. The developer’s sales team contacts the client and handles the deal: negotiations, documents, support.
5. When the deal is successfully closed, you receive a marketing reward.

How you earn

• Base Rate: 3% (Level 0) — for a client you referred directly.
• If you invite Partners, you additionally earn from their closed deals through a multi-level structure: 1% (Level 1) → 0.5% (Level 2) → ... → 0.2% (Level 8) (rates may vary by project).

This is a marketing reward, not a brokerage commission. It is calculated from the full Purchase/Contract Price stated in the agreement (Purchase/Contract Price), including cases with instalment plans. Details are in the Rules on the website.

Who this platform is for

ONLYBROKERS is for you if you:

• know people interested in buying property (friends, network, social audience, clients);
• don’t want to become a broker but want to earn from referrals;
• want a simple flow: recommendation → request → deal → reward.

Important

• This is not employment and not a labor contract.
• We do not promise fixed income: rewards are paid only when a real deal is successfully closed.
• You do not take money from clients and you do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. You recommend and direct through your link/code — everything else is handled by the developer and licensed professionals.

Partner vs Client areas

Partner and client areas are separated: clients use a dedicated request page without internal partner-program details. Access to project terms and submitting a request is available only through a link/code so the system can correctly record attribution and prevent bypassing.
