How It Works for You

1. Register on the platform as a partner.
2. Access your personal account and receive your unique referral link.
3. Recommend a specific property to a potential buyer and share your referral link. Through this link, the client independently contacts the platform's licensed specialists. You do not accept payments, negotiate terms, or participate in the transaction. Your role is limited to making the recommendation and directing the client via your link.
4. The client clicks your link and submits their contact details through a form on the website.
5. The system automatically attributes the client to you—no manual actions required.

You never need to take phone numbers, forward contacts, or worry about whether a client will be correctly assigned to you.

What the Platform Does

To use the platform there is no requirement to be a real estate broker, our aim is to extend the reach of sales through building a community leveraging our network and connect real estate professionals with potential clients. Through a streamlined process the registered partners simply share their personal ONLYBROKERS referral link with the potential clients and a professional real estate agent will do the rest. The platform works with selected properties and, through project-level sales volumes, secures conditions that are often unavailable on the open market. These may include wholesale pricing, additional discounts, furniture packages, installment plans, and other bonuses. All consultations, negotiations, documentation, and transaction support are handled entirely by professionals. There is no data collection, calling clients or transactional paperwork required, your work is done and we do the rest.

How You Earn

• As a partner you will earn 3% of the property price for each client who completes a purchase using your personal referral link. This is a marketing reward, not a brokerage commission.
• If you invite another partner, they receive their own referral link, and you earn an additional 1% marketing reward from their successfully closed deals (first level).
